How effective is your leadership team really? Discover it with the Leadership System Effectiveness Scan (LSE Scan)

Where does your leadership team really get stuck in achieving strategic goals? What would happen if you gained clear insight into this today?

The scan covers 9 critical areas for strategy execution and goes beyond general maturity models. It offers a mirror for the unique context of your team. By using the LSE Scan, your team becomes aware of exactly what is needed to be effective in leading the organization.

The LSE Scan: a mirror for your leadership team

The execution of a strategy often fails not because of the plan itself, but because of the alignment and effectiveness of the leading team. The Leadership System Effectiveness (LSE) Scan is a powerful tool designed to help leadership teams reflect on their specific needs at this moment.

Why the LSE Scan?

Most scans focus on tools or abstract maturity levels. The LSE Scan focuses on you.

  • From general to specific: Instead of assessing how well you use a tool, we measure how effective your team feels in relation to their goals.
  • Visualize alignment: Through a clear spider diagram that displays the collective outcome of all team members, areas for improvement become immediately visible.
  • Action-oriented reflection: Every question in the scan is designed to lead directly or indirectly to next steps. You don’t just get a score; you get a path to improve your collaboration and leadership behavior.

“It is not about the tool, it is about the team.”

A method or tool does nothing for you. It gives you no answers. It is merely an instrument that is only as effective as the people who use it. The LSE Scan facilitates the crucial human conversations needed to boost performance.

How it works in 3 steps

We believe in practical application over complex theory. The LSE Scan is designed to be pragmatic and immediately valuable.

Step 1: Preparation & Planning

First, we identify the team and a coach with the right knowledge and background to guide the process. We set up the scan specifically for your team’s context and schedule the scan session.

Step 2: The scan session (1.5 hours)

This is where the work takes place, together with the team. In a focused 1.5-hour session:

  • The coach explains the goal and the context.
  • The team completes the scan together.
  • We reflect immediately on the results.
  • Insights are shared, and improvements are agreed upon and implemented immediately where possible.

Step 3: The report and advice from the coach

After the session, the LSE report is drawn up. This document contains the results of the scan and the team’s reflections. The coach supplements this with the agreed steps for structural improvement and advice for follow-up.
