Before participating in the Obeya Specialist Fast-Track, completing the LWO e-Foundation is a prerequisite. This self-paced online course is the digital counterpart of our live two-day Obeya Foundation training and equips you with a solid understanding of Leading with Obeya principles and practices. It enables you to grasp the core concepts and techniques of Obeya, ensuring you’re fully prepared to dive into the deeper sessions of the Obeya Specialist Fast-Track. Completing this e-Foundation is a requirement for attending the Obeya Specialist Fast-Track, (unless you already have an LWO Foundation certificate) ensuring you gain the most valuable experience from your investment.
