Personal data that we process

We can collect the following personal data from you:

• Data about your certificates and presence at LWO events;
• Details about possible allergies, which we only collect if you have voluntarily provided this to us;
• Other personal data that you actively provide to us, for example, by contacting us through our website.

We collect such personal data from you because you have ordered an e-training, registered for a training, coaching, or consultancy session, or contacted us via the contact form on our website or through other means.

Additionally, we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address and location used to connect your computer or mobile device to the internet, as well as other connection information such as details about your (mobile) operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

We also use software tools, like Google Analytics, to measure and collect session information, such as the time and length of your use of our website, activity data, response times, interaction information, and methods used to browse away. For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

If you register for our LWO Network community, we will use your personal data to create your login credentials.

We may also use your email address for (external) marketing and advertising purposes, such as sending newsletters or mailings about network meetings and workshops. We will only use your personal data for these purposes if you have explicitly consented. Each mailing will provide the option to unsubscribe. Obeya shares personal data with the following third parties:

• The online training platform Pluvo for hosting our training sessions;
• The CRM system Zoho for lead and customer relationship management;
• SimpelCert for creating training certificates;
• MemberPress for processing your registration for the LWO Network;
• WooCommerce plugin for processing e-training payments;
• The bookkeeping system Moneybird;
• Zoho for sending newsletters.

When we provide your personal data to a third party, we ensure via an agreement that your personal data is not used for any other purpose. Additionally, we ensure that your personal data is deleted once it is no longer necessary for its intended purpose.

We will not share your personal data with other third parties unless required by law.
